Augmented Reality app that enabled customers to mix and match from Swarovski's charms and beads collections, then test their creations out virtually on their wrist or neck. Completing this process in-store with a customer could take a sales assistant a lot of time, so the app boosted store efficiency at the same time as it made it easier and more fun for customers to browse.
